These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services booked through Simply Scrubbed, a brand operated by Trivia Vice LLC, a New York limited liability company.
By booking a service with Simply Scrubbed, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services Provided
Simply Scrubbed coordinates residential cleaning services for customers through a network of licensed, independent cleaning professionals.
Cleaning services scheduled through Simply Scrubbed are performed by independent cleaning professionals operating under license with the Simply Scrubbed platform. These service providers are responsible for performing the cleaning services booked.
By scheduling a service, you agree to:
• Provide access to the property at the scheduled time
• Provide a safe working environment
• Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available for cleaning tasks
Simply Scrubbed manages scheduling, booking, and customer communication for services performed under the Simply Scrubbed brand.
2. The 200% Happiness Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, notify Simply Scrubbed within 24 hours of service completion.
We will work with the service provider to arrange a re-clean of missed areas at no additional cost.
If concerns remain after the re-clean, Simply Scrubbed may offer a credit or partial refund at its discretion.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We value the time of our cleaning professionals.
48+ Hours Notice: No charge.
Less than 24 Hours Notice: A cancellation fee of $50 or up to 50% of the scheduled service value may apply.
Lock-outs: If the cleaning professional arrives and cannot access the property, the full cost of the scheduled service may be charged.
4. Right to Refuse Service
For the safety of service providers, Simply Scrubbed and its licensed cleaning professionals reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a property presents unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Examples include:
• Severe mold or biohazards
• Pest infestations
• Human or animal waste
• Hostile or unsafe environments
In such situations, a travel or partial service fee may be charged.
5. Damage & Liability
Cleaning services arranged through Simply Scrubbed are performed by independent service providers who are responsible for their work.
All service providers are required to maintain appropriate business insurance.
Any claims regarding property damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Simply Scrubbed will assist in facilitating communication between the customer and the service provider to resolve claims.
Simply Scrubbed and Trivia Vice LLC shall not be liable for damages arising from services performed by independent service providers except to the extent required by law.
Simply Scrubbed is not responsible for damage resulting from:
• Pre-existing conditions
• Improperly installed fixtures
• Normal wear and tear
• Fragile or antique items not disclosed prior to service
6. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated.
To secure your booking, Simply Scrubbed requires a valid credit card on file.
By booking a service, you authorize Simply Scrubbed to charge the card on file upon completion of the service for the agreed service amount.
Simply Scrubbed processes payments on behalf of the independent service providers performing the cleaning services.
7. Independent Service Providers
Cleaning services scheduled through Simply Scrubbed are performed by independent service providers operating their own businesses.
These service providers are not employees of Simply Scrubbed or Trivia Vice LLC.
Simply Scrubbed manages booking, scheduling, and customer support, while service providers are responsible for performing the cleaning services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Scrubbed and Trivia Vice LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from services performed by independent service providers.
Simply Scrubbed’s role is limited to coordinating and facilitating cleaning services.
