1. Services Provided

Simply Scrubbed provides residential cleaning services. By booking a service, you agree to provide our cleaners with access to the property at the scheduled time and a safe working environment.

2. The 200% Happiness Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours. We will send a team back to reclean the missed areas at no additional cost. If you are still unsatisfied after the reclean, we will offer a credit or a partial refund at our discretion.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We value our cleaners' time.

48+ Hours Notice: No charge.

Less than 24 Hours Notice: A cancellation fee of $50 (or 50% of the booking value) may apply.

Lock-outs: If our team cannot access the home upon arrival, the full cost of the service may be charged.

4. Right to Refuse Service

For the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to leave a property and charge a travel fee if:

The home has "extreme" biohazards (heavy mold, pest infestations, human/animal waste).

The environment is deemed unsafe or hostile.

5. Damage & Liability

Simply Scrubbed is bonded and insured.

Reporting: Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

Limitations: We are not responsible for damage caused by "wear and tear," improperly installed fixtures (e.g., loose shelves), or antique items that are not disclosed prior to cleaning.

6. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. We keep a credit card on file to secure your booking. By booking, you authorize Simply Scrubbed to charge the provided card upon completion of the service.
